OMI is an online research and access-panel provider, operating from headquarters in Moscow, Russia, and providing services to clients worldwide. OMI provides integrated solutions for online market research used by research organizations, advertising agencies, and marketing departments of Fortune Global 500 companies, and manufacturing companies. These solutions include online survey programming, data collection through proprietary online panels in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. Methodologies include real time data visualization, qualitative and quantitative studies, social media analysis and online behavior analysis.

OMI attests to the following services as part of its business offering under ISO 20252:2019 – Market, Opinion and Social Research, Including Insights and Data Analytics – Vocabulary and Service Requirements in accordance with Annexes A, D, E, and F.

Annex A – Sampling including access panels
OMI is a research provider with proprietary Consumers, Automotive, B2B and Medical panels

Annex D – Digital observation
OMI provides social media research to clients using cookie technology

Annex E – Self-completion
Almost all OMI projects collect data by online questionnaires completed by respondents

Annex F – Data management and processing
OMI provides research data and analysis in different formats to the client utilizing data files, cross tabulations, and report.

OMI has elected to exclude Annex B – Fieldwork and Annex C – Physical Observation from the attestation.
