ISO 27001 Scope of Certification

MedSurvey’s ISMS will cover the technology infrastructure, systems and services required to provide Healthcare Market Research Services including Web and Phone based Data Collection, Processing, Tabulation, Reporting and Data Analysis services to its clients and support the internal business processes. This is in accordance with the SOA dated January 28, 2023, V1.

ISO 20252 Scope of Certification

MedSurvey is a market research organization with the mission of helping organizations conduct market research surveys with knowledgeable healthcare professionals. We powerfully extend research operations for consulting firms in the life sciences space all from our Southampton, Pennsylvania office.

MedSurvey attested scope of services for ISO 20252:2019 includes its Core Elements and Annexes A, B, E & F. Excluded from this attestation is Annex C and Annex D as MedSurvey does not offer physical or digital observation market research services

Annex A — Sampling including access panels MedSurvey’s panel is built in-house, composed of healthcare professionals of various taxonomies verified by NPI. If needed, MedSurvey will use a third party at the approval of the client to supplement the project to achieve completion of the project. Excluded: A.3, A.4.4, A.4.5
Annex B — Fieldwork MedSurvey offers Qualitative and Quantitative recruitment from our panel at the requested specifications of the client. We do not offer full fieldwork services beyond recruitment. Excluded: B.5 Telephone data collection (CATI), B.7 Validation of data, B.8.2 Qualitative research
Annex E — Self-completion MedSurvey programs surveys with the requested specifications of the client and samples for client project completion.
Annex F — Data management and processing MedSurvey collects information upon client request and sends the data back to the client for analysis. Excluded: F.2 Hard copy data entry, F.4 Coding, F.5.1 Pre-entry data editing, F.7 Data analysis, F.8 Data file management.
