Statement of Applicability – Effective 8 October 2020
Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare is part of the Kantar Group, one of the world’s largest insights, information, and consultancy networks. The scope of Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare certification for ISO 20252:2019 covers full-service healthcare market research, both primary and secondary research, including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies as well as the Health Care Provider (HCP) panels operated by Kantar, Profiles Division – Healthcare. These services are provided on a global basis.

Interventional and non-interventional research, which are audited by a competent authority, such as FDA (U.S.), MEA, MHRA (UK), BfArM (Germany), ANSM (France), AEMPS (Spain) and AIFA (Italy), are outside of this Statement of Applicability.

This certification applies to the operation described above in the following countries/regions where Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare delivers these research services throughout the U.S. and UK.

Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare is headquartered in London, UK.

Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare has elected to include the following research services to be attested to this document in accordance with Annexes A, B, E and F. For the same Annexes exclusions do apply where the activities as described. Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare has chosen to exclude Annex C – Physical Observation and Annex D – Digital Observation from this attestation as it does not provide services aligned to those Annexes. Details of Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare attested annexes are described as follows:

Annex A: Sampling including access panels  Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare does confirm with clients the research design and methods to be used to select samples for research designs.

Annex B: Fieldwork  Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare does offer data collection for qualitative projects/moderation using telephone data collection/CATI and Face-to-Face fieldwork methodologies. Exclusions: Clauses B.2, B.3, B.5, B.8.

Annex E: Self completion  Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare does offer data collection using self-completion methodologies including CAWI Interviewing with or without the use of own panels (on- or offline), directly in all markets.
Exclusions: Clause E.1 f)

Annex F: Data management and processing  Kantar Profiles Division – Healthcare provides data management and processing using standard systems/applications including cloud- based applications and software to collect, store and archive market research related data. Procedures are covering data editing (without data entry), coding, editing, weighting, file preparation, statistical analyses (i.e. done with SPSS) and tabulation, and all other aspects of data management and processing.
