Scope of Certification

The Information Security Management System is designed to protect Decision Analyst’s physical and digital information assets. This includes the management of Decision Analyst-owned subsidiaries Symmetric and Nuance, surveys, websites, internal infrastructure (data, facilities, computers, servers), external web applications, and the processes necessary to deliver market research services to its clients.

This is in accordance with the Statement of Applicability, Version 3.1, dated May 17, 2024.
