The InsightsNow ISMS scope covers the management and oversight of the corporate infrastructure, systems and services required to deliver market research services to its clients and support the internal business processes.

These include the use of cloud-based services and platforms for the delivery of market research, a reporting platform, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Azure Web Application Services, finance, project management.

This is in accordance with the InsightsNow Statement of Applicability version 2.1 dated September 20, 2024.
