Statement of Applicability – Effective
Oracle Life Sciences is one of the world’s largest medical information technology solutions providers. Oracle Life Sciences is supplier of health information technology (HIT) services, devices, and hardware. We provide full-service healthcare market research, both primary and secondary research, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Oracle Life Sciences has elected to include the following research services to be attested to in accordance with all requirements of ISO 20252:2019 and Annexes A, B, D, E and F. For the same Annexes, exclusions do apply where the activities as described in the column labeled ‘Excluded’. These will be outsourced to approved third party subcontractors in the described regions as described in the Explanation column (following page).
Oracle Life Sciences is headquartered in Austin, TX, USA. This certification applies to the operation described above in the following countries/regions where Oracle Life Sciences delivers these research services throughout the U.S., UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and Singapore.
Annex A – Sampling including access panels: A.1 – A.4. Oracle Life Sciences confirms with clients the research design and methods to be used to select samples for research designs in all countries in the scope defined in §1. Excluded: A.5 Access panels.
Annex B – Fieldwork: Oracle Life Sciences offers data collection for qualitative projects/moderation using telephone data collection/CATI and Face-to-Face fieldwork methodologies.
Annex B Notes:
Telephone data collection/CATI: Fieldwork activity is only offered directly in South Korea, Taiwan, and India. It is fully outsourced to third parties in other units.
Face-to-Face Interviewing: Fieldwork activities are fully included in France, UK, Spain, Taiwan, and South Korea. In all other units this data collection methodology is excluded and may be done as a single event either directly or as a subcontracted service.
Annex D – Digital Observation: Oracle Life Sciences offers data collection fieldwork using passive methodologies (i.e. collecting comments from social media, Observation and/or tracking of online behavior) in the following countries: UK & Spain only.
Annex E – Self completion: Oracle Life Sciences offers data collection using self-completion methodologies including CAWI Interviewing with or without the use of panels (on- or offline), directly in the following countries: South Korea & Taiwan only
Annex E Notes:
CAWI Interviewing: Performed in South Korea and Taiwan only. All other units fully outsource this methodology to third parties.
Postal Research: Excluded and may be done as a single event – either directly or as a subcontracted service.
Annex F – Data management and processing: Oracle Life Sciences provides data management and processing using standard systems/applications including cloud-based applications and software to collect, store and archive market research related data.
Annex F Notes:
– Hard copy data entry is fully outsourced to third parties in France, Singapore, and China.
– Coding & Data Editing is fully outsourced to third parties Singapore
– Data management and processing of data table is fully outsourced to third parties in the U.S. and Singapore.
